Telecom company Airtel has recently announced to change its popular Rs 98 plan to give double the data in it. Where earlier users used to get 6GB data in this plan, now 12GB data is being given. Now the company has once again brought a new data add-on plan for users. The price of this plan is 251 rupees and users will get the benefit of 50GB data in total. The scheme has specifically introduced keeping in mind the convenience of users working from home.
This Airtel plan can give a tough competition to Reliance Jio’s plan of Rs 251. To compete with Reliance Jio, Airtel has introduced a data add-on plan of Rs 251. Jio recently introduced this pack and users are being given 50GB of data.
In Airtel’s Rs 251 data add-on pack, users are offer unlimited data up to 50GB. The special thing is that this pack has no validity and users can recharge it with their primary ie existing plan and can use it till its validity. However, calling and SMS are not being given to users in this plan. This facility will be available only with active planning.
By the way, let us tell you that Airtel is already giving Rs 100 add-on data pack to its users. In this, users can avail up to 15GB of data. All these schemes will prove very useful for working from home during lockdown. So that one does not have to face the hassle of running out of internet while working.
