How will users benefit
WhatsApp’s vacation mode will provide an option to mute archive chat. Actually, currently, a new message in the archive chat gets a popup notification, which can be muted after vacation mode is introduced. Meaning, notifications will not pop up when a new message arrives in the archive chat.
A new dedicated section will be available for holiday mode
WhatsApp has released a new update through the Google Play Beta program. WhatsApp v2.20.199.8 beta has been released for Android. As WABetaInfo reports, a new dedicated section will be provided for leisure mode, which will provide the option to select different parameters. With the new feature going live, Archive Chat will go to the top of your chat list, tapping on it will open a separate dedicated section. This new button will be called a notification.

The new notification will have two options
In this notification, two new options will get notified new messages and auto-hidden idle chat. Users will be able to mute chat when new messages come from here. If the user chooses the disabled option for the notified new message. Then even if a new message arrives in the archive chat, it will directly access the archive. On selecting other auto-hidden idle chats, an extension of vacation mode will appear and if you enable it. The 6-month-old chat will automatically come into the archive.
