There is no central website for making ration cards. You have to apply online for the ration card by visiting your state’s food portal. Suppose you are a resident of Uttar Pradesh, then you have to go to https://fcs.up.gov.in/FoodPortal.aspx, and download the application form for the ration card from there. These three types of migrant workers, rural and urban areas, ration card forms are available, which will have to download and enter all the information.

Some fees will have to be paid on applying online. After submission of the form, it is sent for field verification. This work is done within 30 days. If you or a member of your family name has been deducted from the ration card or you have to get a new one, you will have to visit the State Government’s Food Supply website. After login, there is an option to add a new member name.

The form can be tracked by this number. If all goes well, your form will be accepted and the ration card will be delivered to your home via post.
